New Patient Registration
If you wish to register as a patient, please contact the reception where you will be advised on how to complete the necessary paperwork. The healthcare assistant (HCA) is available for you to have a health check by appointment on request. You will be registering with the practice but you may see any of the doctors for routine non-urgent appointments.
If you wish to see a doctor of your choice you may have to make an appointment in advance. In an emergency you will be seen by the doctor on duty. No discrimination will be made to any patient registering with this practice in regard to race, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance or on the grounds of disability or medical condition.
Violence and Abuse
Violent, abusive or aggressive behaviour either in person or over the phone in this practice will not be tolerated under any circumstances. You will be asked to leave the surgery and the police will be called if necessary. You may also be asked to find a new GP.
No difficulties should be encountered by the disabled in using either surgery premises as there is easy access and assistance is always available if required.
